Microworkers is a ptw site. Recently, just try out Microworkers and I am quite satisfy with this site. You can be either worker or employer or both in Microworkers.

For workers, you just need to choose a job from a list of jobs given by other people. Then you just complete what it is needed to do for the tasks. And then wait for the money to come in. Keep check back for some tasks that is easy and good money.

For employers, if you need someone to help you to finish a job you can create a new campaign and wait for people to accept your tasks. Once your workers completed the tasks, you can review and rate the tasks finished by the workers. If you satisfy, you pay them the money, if not you can choose not to pay.

For Microworkers, the system works really easy. I am sure you won't have any problem using Microworkers. Within 5 minutes, you can accept a job or create a campaign to hire people to work for you. All I can say is, in Microworkers everything is simple to used and is quite a good site for earning small money too.
